MDCI Le Barbier de Tangier

The reminiscent of barbershop

Le Barbier de Tangier

MDCI has launched a new perfume called Le Barbier de Tangier, which is the latest release by this beautiful French house. It's unnecessary to say that I became immediately a grand fan.
It seems that I found perfumes that are completely me. I found myself in couple of creations of MDCI because their scent complete me. My eternal love is Invasion Barbare and everywhere when it is a good opportunity, I praise it as the best fougère ever. This time, my eternal love gets competition, very good competitor called Le Barbier de Tangier. It's completely new fougère by Claude Marchal of MDCI.

I am very happy and honored that I know Mister Claude in person. I appreciate him very much and I would love to be friend with him forever. In one occasion, he told me his life story about his life in Middle East and Maghreb countries. It was a big experience to him and he said that certain things, it's impossible to forget. Sounds, smells, lights and everything that surrounds you is captivating and different. When he was in Tangier in Morocco, he had an interesting experience in barbershop. This perfume is reminiscence of that moment. This perfume is the old fashioned barbershop with all the creams and smells inside.

It is created by Flair Studio and Anso Behagel is the one who signs it. It is very successful modern version of fougère scents at its best. There is a splash of green cords mixed with strong vetiver in the drydown. Also, it is very aromatic, completely reminding of old colognes and splashes. It is the old school perfume with impeccable modern twist. Complex, green, earthy and herbal. MDCI knows one thing, and that is how to make fougère scents at its best!
